If we need to block any users from using iKnow Chat, we can do that in the Block List tab.
To block someone we will need to search for their name, then click it in the list that appears.
We will be given the option to give a reason for them being blocked then, when we click Submit, the system will block them from the chat.
Anyone who has been blocked will be listed along with who blocked them, when they were blocked and why they were blocked, if a reason was given.
To unblock a person, we can click the red X button to the right of their name. This will give them access to any chats to which they have been added.
