To help your import of data into iKnow go as smoothly as possible, here’s a few tips that will help.
If you have any Journey items (such as Baptisms or Membership) that you want to have imported, add a separate column for each one and put the date the item was completed for each person.
When entering phone numbers there is a limit of 12 characters in iKnow, a standard UK number has 11 digits, so please put no more that 1 space in phone numbers.
If people on your CSV file are members of more than 1 group, team, or circle, you will need to separate the different groups, teams or circles with a pipe, it looks like this “ | “ and is found on the back slash “ ” key on the vast majority of keyboards. You only need one column each for Groups, Teams and Circles. You can add people to as many as you need to, as long as they are separated with the pipes.
