There are some settings within the iKnow Mobile App that we can access to configure how we would like our name to be shown in any chats we are a part of.
In the mobile app, we can tap our profile image at the top right of the screen, then select iKnow Chat Settings in the menu.
We'll then be able to select whether we want our full name to show, our first initial and surname or our first name and last initial.
