In the window that comes up we are able to add attachments by clicking the Upload

We can also change the Re-Assessment date, by clicking the existing date and adding a new one, or we can remove the Re-Assessment date by switching off the toggle.
Once we’ve made our changes, we’ll need to click the Save
button at the bottom of the window.
The Risk Assessment Tabs
The Risk Assessments
Tabs appear on the Concerns
page, and on the Checks
page.
In both cases, we will be able to see any Risk Assessments
that have Re-Assessment dates set.
We will be able to see the name of the person the Risk Assessment
is for, the location the Concern
or DBS Check
is for and the date the Re-Assessment is due. If the Re-assesment date has passed, the date will be shown in red, to show that it is overdue.
If we want to see more information, we can click the eye button on the right. This will open a window that allows us to see the Risk Assessment Type
and any uploaded files. We can also View the Concern
or DBS that the person is attached to, by clicking the View
link.
