We can view dates, in the Events
calendar, for a single Location
, or for Multiple Locations
. This allows us to see all the events across all of our Locations
, if we wish.
We can see which Location
we are viewing details for, in the Location Selector
, at the top right of the screen. If we see a church name, we are viewing a single Location
.
To see information across Multiple Locations
, we need to click the Location Selector
, select the locations we wish to see events for, and click the Apply
button.
The wording in the Selector
will change, to Multiple Locations
, and we can now see the events for the different Locations
we have selected.
This will also affect adding events to the calendar. If we have a single Location
selected, we will only be able to add events to this Location
. If we have selected Multiple Locations
, we will be able to choose from the Locations
selected, when adding our event.
