Multi Location

We can view dates, in the Events calendar, for a single Location, or for Multiple Locations. This allows us to see all the events across all of our Locations, if we wish.

We can see which Location we are viewing details for, in the Location Selector, at the top right of the screen. If we see a church name, we are viewing a single Location.

To see information across Multiple Locations, we need to click the Location Selector, select the locations we wish to see events for, and click the Apply button.

The wording in the Selector will change, to Multiple Locations, and we can now see the events for the different Locations we have selected.

This will also affect adding events to the calendar. If we have a single Location selected, we will only be able to add events to this Location. If we have selected Multiple Locations, we will be able to choose from the Locations selected, when adding our event.
