Within iKnow, there is an area for those responsible for Data Protection, called GDPR. There may be one, or more people, responsible for GDPR, within the church.
Some churches might have a Data Protection Officer, however this is an official title, and most would not have an official Data Protection Officer role.
To access the GDPR section, we need to go to Settings and click GDPR.
If we do not have access to this, then we need to ask someone who currently has access to these settings.
Now that we are in the GDPR section, we will have access to manage GDPR for our church. To add additional Data Subject Leads, we need to click the, Data Subject Leads button. We can then search for the person we wish to add, and click their name in the list that appears. Please note, that anyone added to this section will be able to access all elements of GDPR.
