Archived Concerns
If we have switched on the option for the deletion of Concerns
or Notes
to be confirmed by an Account Safeguarding Lead
, deleted Concerns
or Notes
will be moved to the Archived
tab in Settings
.
Any archived Concerns
will be shown under the name of the Category
they were added to. We will be able to see the location of the Concern
, the name of the user who deleted it, the date and time they deleted it and the name of the person the Concern
is related to.
We can view the details of the Concern
by clicking the eye button on the right.
We’ll see another confirmation of who deleted the Concern
, and when it was deleted, at the top of the Concern
.
If we decide that this Concern
should not be deleted, we can click the Restore Concern
button and restore it as a Concern
.
If we wish to confirm the deletion, we can click the Delete Concern
button. This will permanently delete the Concern
and we won’t be able to undo this action.
Archived Concern Notes
Archived Notes
will appear in the Concern Notes
section. We will be able to see the location of the Concern
the Note
was added to, the number of words in the note, who deleted the note, the date and time they deleted it and the details of the Concern
the note was added to.
To view the Note
, we’ll need to click the blue eye button.
If we decide the Note
shouldn’t be deleted, we’ll need to click the green restore button, this will add the note back to the Concern
.
If we wish to delete the note, we need to click the red dustbin button. This will permanently delete the note and we won’t be able to undo this action.
