Quick Groups
We will find Quick Groups on the left of the People module. We can click any of the Quick Groups to see different Groupings of people within our database.
The All Churches group will give us a list of all those that have their Contact Type set to Church. If we have only one location selected in the Location Selector, we will only see people from that location. If we have multiple locations selected, we will see people from all the selected locations.
The All Primary Churches will show all the people that have this location set as their Primary Church. If we only have a single location set up in our iKnow account, this will include everyone in our database.
Pending Adults and Pending Children will show people that have been added through Custom Forms, Child Check-In or as Visitors in Groups. This allows us to check the details before adding them to the database. If we’re happy with the details, we can click Verify, otherwise we can delete the profile.
People With Unknown Relationships will list people who are listed in the same household as someone else and no relationship has been set between the two.
Circles, Teams & Groups
Here we can see any Circles, Teams or Groups we have set up for the location, or locations, we have selected in the Location Selector. Clicking on any of the Circles, Teams or Groups will show us a list of the members and allow us to contact them.
Global Searches & My Searches
Searches are created in the Finder module and the results can then be viewed in Global Searches or My Searches in the People module.
If a search has been created and saved as a Global Search it will appear under Global Searches and will be visible to anyone with access to the People module.
If we have created a search and saved it as a Personal Search, then the person who created the search will be the only person who can see the results, under My Searches in the People module.
