Failed Transactions & Processing Transactions


The Failed Transactions tab shows any card or direct debit transactions that have not been successful.

For card transactions that have failed you can click the blue refresh button which will allow you to enter new card details or a new amount for the transaction.  Alternatively, you can click the red delete button to remove the donation.

Processing Transactions will show any card transactions that have not completed the processing stage and any direct debits that have been created.  Direct debit transactions will take up to 4 days to be processed.
