Guardians CSV

The first step of the Check In process, is for the parents to present their Parent Card, to have the barcode scanned. This allows us to see which children they are able to check in.

To create the cards, we need to generate the Guardians CSV, which will contain the information needed, for the barcode.

To generate the Guardians CSV, we need to click the Guardians CSV button, at the top of the page.

We will see a window come up, that contains a warning that, once created and downloaded, we won’t be able to regenerate the CSV for the parents included on the spreadsheet. If new parents are added to the system, we will be able to generate a new Guardians CSV, for the new parents.

If we wish to have the parents postal address included on the card, we can tick the tick box, and then, to generate the card, we need to click the Download CSV button.
