Reports
We are able to generate reports from the Check In
module, so that we can track the number of people that have been checked in and out, which classes they’ve been checked in and out of, and when.
List Report
The List Report
, will allow us to generate a list of people that have been checked in to our classes, over a specified period.
We can choose which people we want to include in our report, using the tick boxes, on the left. We can choose whether we want to include just Guests
, just Members
, or both, and we can choose to report on a specific class, set of classes, or all of our classes.
We can specify the time period, using the Start Date
and End Date
boxes, at the top of the page.
To see the results, we’ll need to click the Find
button, then we will see the relevant information.
We can specify which information, about each person, we want to include in the report, by clicking the Settings
button. We can then tick the options we want to include, and untick those we don’t want to include. We can also set whether the PDF report will be Portrait or Landscape, if we choose to generate a PDF report.
We can also download the report as a PDF, or a CSV file, by clicking the Create PDF
, or Create CSV
, buttons.
Matrix Report
The Matrix Report
, allows us to produce a simpler report that shows which dates children were checked in, during a specified period.
We can choose to show details for a specific class, set of classes, or all of our classes, using the tick boxes, on the left.
We can specify the time period, using the Start Date
and End Date
boxes, at the top of the page.
We can also specify if we only want to see classes that took place on a specific day of the week, or see classes for all days of the week, using the Show Events For Each
dropdown.
Also, if we have multiple events on the same day, such as a morning and evening service, on a Sunday, we can choose to see whether a child was checked in to any class on that day, or choose to see the individual events, and which event a child was checked in for.
To see the results, we need to click the Find
button, and the report will be generated. The children’s names will be listed, on the left, and the dates of events will appear, at the top of the page. We will then see a tick, if the child was checked in, or a cross if they weren’t.
We can also generate a PDF file, or CSV file, of the report, by clicking the Create PDF
, or Create CSV
, button.
