If we click Messages, we will be able to see any Messages we have Received or Sent through the iKnow Communication Suite.
The icon on the left of each message, indicates the type of message this is, either email or SMS.
We can view the content of the message by clicking the blue View button to the right of the message, and we can delete Received Messages by clicking the red dustbin button.
We can filter the messages using the dropdown at the top right of the list. This will default to All Messages, but we can view just the Emails, just the SMS messages, or just Letters, if we wish.
We can also search for messages using the Search Messages bar.
