In the Setup tab of the Settings section, we are able to choose which month our year end is by selecting the relevant month from the drop down.
We can turn the, Allow donors to cover their own fees toggle switch, on if we decide the Donor will have the choice to increase their donation, to cover their fees.
Next, we can add a logo for the iKnow Giving App, on a mobile phone. We need to click the Upload button, and then select the logo from our hard drive. Click Open, to apply the logo. We can always replace the logo, by clicking the Replace button.
Then we need to confirm that we have verified the charity, through Benevity, if we are going to use the iKnow Giving App on an Apple device.
We can also add, edit and remove payment sources.
A new Source can be added by clicking the Add Source button, giving the Source a name and clicking the Save button. Sources can be added to donations, when they are added using the Record Donation button or when a bank statement is imported.
We can edit an existing Source by clicking the orange pencil icon, or delete a Source by clicking the red dustbin icon.
