If your church has its own custom app, then periodically you will need to accept the terms and conditions from Apple. There may be 2 sets of Terms & Conditions to agree to.
To agree to the Apple Terms and Conditions please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Apple Developer account at https://developer.apple.com/account/
- If there is a bar at the top of the page asking you to agree to the Terms & Conditions, please follow these instructions. If there is not a bar, then you have already agreed to the current Terms & Conditions.
- Click the App Store Connect icon and on the next page if you may see a bar at the top asking you to agree to the Terms & Conditions and again, please follow the instructions.
- If you have received a notification that iKnow Church has released a new version of the mobile app, then having completed these steps above either reply to the email from iKnow Church or contact helpdesk@iknowchurch.co.uk so we can build your app and release it to the apple store.
